Simon Jackson has
advised a number of national angling bodies as well as acting for many angling
associations, riparian owners and fishery owners.
He has recently
written an update of Halsbury’s Laws on Fisheries and contributed to their
volume on Water Law. He has published a
book on the Environment and the Law and contributed articles to the Water Law
Journal. At present his is working on a
new book on Marine Law.
